FacebookAfter what has seemed to be the most stressful year our lives, we cant thank ashley and the rest of the team enough for all their help with our move/Sale and buying our new home, Especially after covid derailed our plans a little, No question, Phonecall or email was ever too much for ashley the reasurrance and support was much needed at times. I Would highly recommend Crr to anyone, Thank you All again for your help, Every hurdle was now worth it, Now we have keys to our new home x

GoogleVery poor overall experience and ended up wasting my time. I dealt with several estate agents before and sadly this was definitely the worst experience I had. It was very difficult to get any information from them, they didn't listen and it felt like all that matters is their commission. I actually found one of their agents quite rude. In response to the comment left by the agency: It's always easier to say that a review isn't genuine if it's negative. I assure you that this review is a true reflection of your customer service.

GoogleHorrendous experience. Bought a house from Colin Graham Residential and after waiting months to complete on the house they threatened to convince the seller to put it back on the market for more money. When I collected the keys, they didn't even check who I was and had left them in a marked envelope lying on a table at their front door, anybody could have lifted them. Further to your reply , I completed on the house last June. I'm happy to share the phone conversation where one of your staff said they were planning to talk to the sellers to convince them to relist the property for a higher price just over 1 month before it completed.

Please contact our office to allow us to investigate the matter further. Unfortunately what you claim can not be true. The only way a property would be remarketed with our company would be at our client’s instruction, and it would be to achieve a successful sale within a reasonable time period, not to encourage a higher price as you state. From the standard of photographs to pricing our home, then finding us the perfect house for us to make our new home Colin and his team were unbeatable. The professionalism and outright hard work from CGR was the overwhelming reason we were able to complete our move. We had a long and challenging chain which the team navigated on our behalf. FacebookWe recently bought our first home from Colin Graham Residential and the process was made much easier by the team at Colin Graham. The staff were professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. Simon was an excellent point of contact and kept us informed about all developments. William was fantastic at his job and sorted out all our mortgage and insurance needs. The whole team made the process of becoming a home owner enjoyable and we would highly recommend Colin Graham if you are buying or selling a property . GoogleMisleading advertising. We sold our house 3 months after the company put this post up and within the year they spoke about on the advert. Sadly the company did not honour the offer for us. My wife is an NHS worker. I complained to the Advertising Standards Authority about the misleading advert. The ASA felt Colin Graham Residential’s advert breached their code and was misleading- see image attached. I feel this advert was put up to make them look good. However, it was unfortunate they did not honour it. Very poor form in my opinion. Will not recommend or use them again.
We note your review Chris. As explained to both you and your wife on a number of occasions, by phone and email, by me personally, the promotion was only advertised on the 5th April 2020. Your home was listed and ‘sale agreed’ two months prior to the promotion being announced, commencing, or even being thought of. Although we would have loved to have extended the promotion prior to the date it was announced, and indeed to include key workers too, it was simply not financially feasible to do so. The promotion ended up saving NHS staff over £50,000 in fees. Not bad for a small company. At a time of huge economic uncertainty, we as a company decided to focus on helping the community, rather than focus on profit or survival. Frustratingly we have learned that however much you do to try to help the community, you will never please everyone. Colin

Jonny and the team were so helpful from day one, everything moved really quickly and the process was hassle free. They even gave me a lovely hamper of goodies when I picked up the keys. Would highly recommend CGR and a massive thank you to all for helping to find me my new home.

FacebookFantastic service from start to finish. House sold within the week, kept fully informed throughout by all members of the team. Colin was great to deal with from the outset. Photos taken made the house look great nearly questioned why I was moving! They were so good. The attention to detail really does make a difference would have and have done recommend Colin Graham Residential to family and friends. Will definitely use them again in the future. Their slogan ...WE SELL HOUSES is so true!
