WOW Sold my Property in Under 20 Hours with Colin Graham Residential! I don't lightly give credit to a business. As an owner of a marketing company I have high standards. These Guys are next level. I've bought and sold property for over 20 years. Every time I have been frustrated by local estate agents. Every time.... I enquired on a Friday evening about "a price" for my property. David called Tuesday morning to value. I liked everything about the approach. Remember I am a marketing guy, I am trying to ensure I am not getting sold to! I had a chat with my wife on Tuesday after David left and decided to proceed with Colin Graham Residential. I was not interested in pricing around, I had a good feeling about these guys. I was told the property would go live on Wednesday via their marketing (Social Media, Website, PropertyPal etc). I thought based on past experiences with many agents it wont. Colin called late Wednesday Afternoon, camera in hand. 8PM that night the property went live. We had several interests and viewings on the Thursday and we had an offer we accepted by 4pm. Like anything legal there can be a few bumps along the way. Sarah kept me up to date with things here. Amazing team at every stage. Not just a fantastic estate agent in Co Antrim. Had to sell a few rental properties recently and the service from these guys was amazing, daily updates on the stauus of viewings, easy negitiations and they helped with all the things i needed for each sale like , certificates, photos and advice. Colin and his team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Very professional and checked in regularly to see how things were progressing with solicitors etc. If you have a look at their social media, they have alot of interaction among the huge following. Colin gave great advice on how to get my house ready for sale but also great advice on where it sat on the market. I also used his financial services, Jordan who runs that side of the business helped me secure my mortgage and life insurance. Really happy with the whole package. Would highly recommend.
