Colin has always been very helpful and understanding over the years and his team has the same approach. A huge a thank you to Maggie and Simon for all their help. FacebookFantastic service from start to finish. House sold within the week, kept fully informed throughout by all members of the team. Colin was great to deal with from the outset. Photos taken made the house look great nearly questioned why I was moving! They were so good. The attention to detail really does make a difference would have and have done recommend Colin Graham Residential to family and friends. Will definitely use them again in the future. Their slogan ...WE SELL HOUSES is so true!

They took over after quite a lull in our property and ensured that they marketed our house to its best! They kept us busy with viewings and ended up getting us more for the house than we anticipated. Sellers, do your research and sign on with another agent. Buyers, take note that this agency is not forthcoming with providing information that will support your buying process

Within 48 hours of enquiry Colin himself had been out to the property with a written appraisal received that evening. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
