If you are looking for an efficient, friendly and good-value estate agent, you'd be hard pressed to find one better than Colin Graham Residential. Having just sold my house through the company, I can honestly say I am more than happy with every aspect of the sale. From the pricing strategy, through to help with getting certification for gas, every aspect was dealt with in a thoroughly professional and helpful manner. There was excellent communication with Colin's team at every stage - from first offer to dealing with solicitors. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking to sell their property.

Horrendous experience. Bought a house from Colin Graham Residential and after waiting months to complete on the house they threatened to convince the seller to put it back on the market for more money. When I collected the keys, they didn't even check who I was and had left them in a marked envelope lying on a table at their front door, anybody could have lifted them. Further to your reply , I completed on the house last June. I'm happy to share the phone conversation where one of your staff said they were planning to talk to the sellers to convince them to relist the property for a higher price just over 1 month before it completed.

Very poor overall experience and ended up wasting my time. I dealt with several estate agents before and sadly this was definitely the worst experience I had. It was very difficult to get any information from them, they didn't listen and it felt like all that matters is their commission. I actually found one of their agents quite rude. In response to the comment left by the agency: It's always easier to say that a review isn't genuine if it's negative. I assure you that this review is a true reflection of your customer service.

Got the house sold so no issues with that though a blind dead man could have sold a house in that market. Once agreed was pushing us to complete. Basically siding with the buyer, need to realise who’s paying them a lot of money to quite frankly do nothing. Rather than invoice me they invoiced my solicitor which was more than agreed. Luckily my solicitor rang me about it. Unfortunately I would imagine most EAs are the same

Misleading advertising. We sold our house 3 months after the company put this post up and within the year they spoke about on the advert. Sadly the company did not honour the offer for us. My wife is an NHS worker. I complained to the Advertising Standards Authority about the misleading advert. The ASA felt Colin Graham Residential’s advert breached their code and was misleading- see image attached. I feel this advert was put up to make them look good. However, it was unfortunate they did not honour it. Very poor form in my opinion. Will not recommend or use them again.
