GoogleOh boy, where do I even begin with my wonderful experience with Think Estate Agents, specifically Katy and her incredible memory? Well, I'll tell you, it was so memorable that even Sharon couldn't believe it! I had the pleasure of working with Katy and her team in my quest to find the perfect home. Let me just say, they made house hunting feel like a breeze, or more like a hilarious rollercoaster ride! You know, the kind that makes you laugh and scream at the same time. Katy, oh Katy, she remembered my phone number like it was the secret ingredient to the best chocolate cake in town. I swear, she could recall my number faster than I could remember my own. It was like having a human Rolodex that always seemed to have my back. I mean, if I ever forget my own number, I know who to call, right? And then there's Sharon. Sweet Sharon, who was just as delightful as a freshly baked batch of cookies. She was the yin to Katy's yang, the peanut butter to her jelly. They made the dream team! Sharon added a sprinkle of extra fun to the mix, and I swear, her laughter is infectious. I mean, you couldn't have a bad day with Sharon around. She even made the paperwork process seem like a stand-up comedy routine. We were laughing so hard, I almost forgot I was buying a house! So, here's to Katy and Sharon from Think Estate Agents, the dynamic duo of the real estate world. They turned house-hunting into a side-splitting adventure, and I couldn't be happier with my new home. GoogleIn response to the reply: I knew this property was sold. I was using this as an example. The problem is that there are never any pictures of the rooms without AI. So whilst it might seem like a good idea to add furniture so that potential buyers can visualise, maybe provide the original photos too to actually be able to see what the properties look like. The issue with AI is that not only is it adding furniture, it’s also ironing out flaws with the property which might be useful to see before bothering with an in person viewing? Uses AI on photos. Huge disappointment when you’re trying to look at a property and can’t even see what it truly looks like. AVOID!
Hi Helen, I’m sorry to hear you felt disappointed. Just to clarify, we only ever use AI or virtual staging to add furniture so people can visualise how a space might look furnished, we never alter the structure, layout, or décor of a property. The home you mentioned has actually already sold, and the buyer told us they loved how the photos helped them imagine the space and plan their move We appreciate your feedback and will make sure this is made even clearer in future listings.

GoogleMoving home after 25 years is a significant life change and the prospect felt daunting. Both my husband and myself were scared,nervous and petrified of making the wrong choices even though we both knew it was time to downsize and futureproof. We have just moved into our new property and have Sharon to thank for playing such a big part in our journey🙏From the moment we met her and I explained how nervous were felt in choosing a suitable property Sharon promised us that she would always be totally honest and upfront with us and my goodness did keep to that promise! Sharon always responded swiftly to any messages, kept us updated throughout the purchase and we never felt that anything was too much trouble. We have had an excellent experience of Think Estate Agents and would highly recommend them. One last word a big thank you also to Matthew for looking after us from time to time. In fact everyone we have come across has been helpful and courteous.

In Newton-Le-Willows, I've had a wonderful experience, Sharon especially has been incredible, she gave me a sneak peak of the property I ended up buying and I fell in love with it as soon as I walked in. The sales team were fantastic, the production of the photos, videos and reels was top class. The whole communication between buyers and sellers and solicitors was seamless. I can't thank them enough for making what was an incredibly emotional and stressful move a little easier.

GoogleWe carnt thank think enough . 2 terraced houses one in Haydock and one in Warrington both sold within weeks of going on the market . One completed in just under 5 months and one completed in 3 months . All the team were amazing but Matt was our main guy we dealt with on both our houses and he bent over backwards to help and sort out all issues and made the sale really easy and hassle free . We’re in our for ever home but if needed to it he think we call on to sell
