Absolute disaster. Vastly "overvaled" my property so that i would appoint them. Two years later, the property is still unsold, despite a 33% reduction in asking price and not one serious offer received.

Mail shot sent via post from the office in Torquay. Absolutely out of order and disgraceful marketing ploy. It makes out that my property has had failed marketing and they can help me find a "suitable buyer for my property", and talks about "refreshing your marketing" and "how we can relaunch your property". How strange as the last time this property was on the market was years ago when I bought it! I rang th e office and gave them my thoughts on the matter. What a pathetic intrusive sales ploy and a waste of tree resources. If I was selling, I know one local estate agents I will not be using.

Professional, knowledgeable, diligent, regularly sending updates, always looking for solutions to problems - the most proactive person I've ever met! She has literally kept me sane over the last few months. If I were ever to move again, I would use their services without hesitation.

We sold our property on a no sale no fee arrangement. We withdrew an offer on a property we were buying because of a problem revealed in the search. After finding another property we were told that if we wanted to proceed with the sale we would have to sign an agreement to pay the agents fees in full if we withdrew again.
