Cannot recommend Imove enough, from the very start with Corey coming to value then take photos who was very patient with me wanting the photos to be perfect. Courtney then hosted our viewings and we had updates throughout always had feedback as soon as possible mostly the following day! Without asking they put paid ads on the property to boost interest and we never felt forgotten about. Once we then sold our house we dealt with Meg who has been amazing right to the very end with constant updates and talking to our solicitor and everyone in the chain, nothing was ever a bother and without asking we had a phone call once a week at least with updates on the sale process even when there wasn’t much to update we still got a little check in phone call. I really cannot fault these guys start to finish and if we ever needed an estate agent again we would definitely be using Imove - very professional and efficient service! 10/10!! Thanks guys !!!

Where to start! From the day Sam came to value our house I knew I was in safe hands. We had a pretty rocky start to our selling/buying journey after many sellers and buyers mucking us around but the one thing that never changed was the incredible support from the IMove team in particular Sam & Megan. When we decided to come off the market they supported us fully and were more than happy to welcome us back when we were ready. No question was silly, I always felt comfortable ringing up the team to ask a question. I never had to chase for an update as we always got a phone call or email with an update no matter how small it was! From beginning to end IMove supported us in everything. Their recommendation for Solicitors were amazing too, we went with Dunn & Baker and the communication between IMove and them were unmatched. Thank you. 100000% recommend and have not stopped telling family & friends about this incredible company. Thank you once again guys.

I put my house up for sale with iMove because I had only heard good things about them. The house has been on the market since the end of October and we were advised it was put on all of their socials, we looked at the socials ourselves and couldn't see our property on any of their sites, we asked they said it had been sorted but still no action. We had 1 viewing in the 4 months the house was on the market and only got updates when we asked for them apart from the automatic weekly Rightmove email. We then sent an email asking about the property and looking to consider our options to which their response was short and extremely blunt, no action in trying to keep the property on the market with them or any advice to improve interest the reply just said ' appreciate your comments shall we remove from the market' and then I got an email from another colleague mentioning they had a set of keys and we need to collect now it is being removed before we even confirmed this. Today they have been emailing about the turn of events which happened from Friday to now and asking for confirmation of how we'd like to proceed and again before we had confirmed anything we've returned home and the iMove for sale sign has been taken off the front of the property. The start of the sale process was good with them, they ensured the photos were good, they wanted to do drone shouts but since the beginning of January its felt like they haven't wanted to support us in the sale of our home and have been waiting for the day we asked them to remove it from the market.

Outstanding, honest and reliable. I have moved 13 times so have had a lot of experience of estate agents. I can honestly say IMove were the best by far. Sam did an incredible job of valuing and selling the property in less than a week of going to market and Megan was responsive and understanding in moving the sale forward. The whole team were lovely and really cared about ensuring the process moved forward. I would highly recommend and would never use anyone else. I can’t rate this firm highly enough! Megan looked after me all the way through and went over and above to sort out problems. The whole process was smooth, efficient and very friendly. Sam took amazing photos and was very approachable and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I was kept informed via phone and email of progress and any queries I had were answered very promptly. I felt the whole team had my back and I felt totally supported. Well Well, Newton Abbot , and the Wider area , Sellers Buyers , it is I’m my Opinion that I Move are the Best Estate Agent in Newton Abbot and Torbay. With initially going with a Nightmare Woods Allsworth with all of his pompous talk. When papers were signed he then changes. However Liam the Photographer. Was immppecal with his fotos of my house on sale. Steven the Director assisted throughout the whole process in particular, that I have serious PTSD. Steven done all the Paperwork for me up to completion. Steven is a top class expert 100% class. Incredibly confident excellent Manner brilliant Attitude, total Diligence and very Enthusiastic. Steven is extremely a excellent Director with a very calm approach throughout. I would strongly recommend That Buyers , Sellers use the Hassle free Estate Agent. A fantastic journey with no stress. I cannot express enough just what an excellent service IMove have provided. All the staff we have dealt with have been enormously helpful and professional. We had lots and lots of questions regarding the property we were buying, and nothing was too much trouble for them.
