S candalous: No loyalty, No morals, No decency.......
The worst experience I have ever encountered. Who ever manages the branch is clearly unable with NO people skills.
The only positive that has come from this grim experience is my
passion to warn any other decent folk to save their souls & steer
clear of Connells..........................DISGUSTED !!! Shame there is not a
NO star option.

GoogleWould not recommend to my worst enemy - Con artists and unlawful behavior. Will charge you for services they do not deliver, make no attempt to amend the wrong until you chase and chase and chase. They do not answer e-mails, fail to deliver on their promises of call backs, and will refuse to help you when you go into the store.
Even if we saw our dream home through this company we'd choose not to rent/buy it.
If you want your mental health to remain intact, find someone else to rent/buy/find tenants with.

GoogleMy wife and I wanted a professional quality Finding Service for letting a property we had recently purchased. On the recommendation of a friend I visited Connells in Newton Abbot and was greeted by Bethany who explained the procedure and service they provided.
On completion of our purchase Bethany & Jessica visited our property and we agreed what work should be done to attract the type of client we desired.
Once we had prepared the property a full advert with photos was posted on a broad availability web site and within a few days a suitable client was found , vetted and a meeting was arranged. Connells set up our Tenancy agreement , inventory and meter readings.
Our client is extremely happy and we can only commend Bethany and Jessica for the professional manner in which they handled our arrangements.
