About Coast and Country Newton Abbot
Over the years, we have learned to utilise the best traditional estate agency techniques but also introduced state of the art technology and methods. We had a website before anyone had even heard of a property portal, and a colour photocopier when all of our competitors were working in black and white; we always aim to put our clients ahead of the game. As the area’s selected member of the ‘Relocation Agent Network’, we work with over 600 offices nationally, providing you with access to best buyers from the most affluent areas of the United Kingdom, along with home-finding services. Our numerous professional contacts offer the best available advice and ensure the best possible outcome to your transactions. At Coast and Country, we are dedicated to assisting you in achieving your property goals and we believe there is no estate agency team that does this better. When you are looking to buy, we offer you the largest selection of properties available locally, along with early access to coming soon properties. When you are looking to sell, we will offer you unrivalled marketing and great value. Most importantly, we almost always list more homes and agree to more sales than our direct competitors, so we are likely to be in touch with more quality buyers because every property we list generates enquiries and most sales free up a new buyer.
