GoogleStratton and Creber handled a complex land sale for my brother and I very efficiently. They kept us fully informed at all times of exactly what they were doing and worked hard behind the scenes to find us the best possible price. The only minor criticism I would make is that we thought that their commission was quite high in comparison with the rate usually charged for house sales. Having said that, I would recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell property.

PADSTOW agency where totally useless no clue what each other were doing. They went through 3 managers in the space if 6 months. Nobody ever called us we had to do all the calling. This eventually led to losing our buyer. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone. If I could give 0 rating I would.
