FacebookAdam Darlow of Number One handled the sale of our home in Newport. Adam has a friendly demeanour and very professional. At his first visit to us he outlined company ethos and what to expect from him and Number One during the sale process. Selling one’s home after 20 years is a daunting prospect and recognised as being one of life’s major stress sources, talking it through with Adam allayed our fears. Following a house and garden tour and measure-up Adam gave us a few tips on what was worth doing to the house to ensure maximum appeal, achievement of best price and a speedy sale. We appreciated and acted upon this and were surprised and delighted that within the first week we had 5 viewings and 4 OFFERS! We accepted one of these and were appointed an assistant at Number One who would essentially keep us informed and be able to answer any questions we may have. We were delighted with the process which was completed in just under 7 weeks! Adam was on hand to arrange our removal and storage requirements too, at very short notice!! We believe it was Adams’ personal and professional approach, with us and with every set of viewers, that reduced any stress and gave us and our purchaser a satisfying outcome. We would recommend Number One in general and Adam in particular without hesitation, well done!

GoogleClaire at Oulsnam has been super helpful right from Valuation of my property, through to exchange/completion. Communication has been wonderful, and there was no hassle with arranging viewings. Her friendly approach is what made her stand out from other estate agents too - no question has been any trouble. I was fortunate that my house was only on the market for a week before a sale was agreed - but it was nice to feel we had trust in our agent - which made the process so easy. Claire has also kept in contact regularly throughout, giving updates and checking in, ensuring we have all the information we need. Would definitely recommend Oulsnam! GoogleWe could not be happier with the team at Oulsnam in Droitwich. Angela, Claire and Trina have all been absolutely fantastic when helping us find the right buyer for our home, and in helping us find our new home. Claire went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home, after spending time to listen to and find out about our very specific requirements, and kept us in our thoughts when new properties came to light. The whole team were so patient with us, and as we were very nervous about the whole process they spent ample time answering our questions, providing us with information and putting our minds at ease. We felt they were very knowledgeable and trustworthy when asked questions about marketing our house, and for what price, and we were very pleased with the outcome of our house sale. We really appreciated their honesty with finding us the right buyer, making sure they were reliable, and we really believe they cared about making sure we were in a good chain. Angela even went out of her way to contact us back on a Sunday, which although is not expected, it showed dedication to the job and passion for the work that they do. Without a doubt I would recommend using Oulsnam's services and would feel completely safe in the knowledge that they will look after you throughout the whole process.
