The purchase became quite stressful for various reasons but Katie was a massive help in keeping us informed and chasing information for us along the way. We were a little reluctant to put our house up for sale whilst in the middle of a Pandemic however thanks to Number One it was a seamless process. Katie sold our house in a very short space of time, she was phenomenal, quickly got to know us to ensure she could provide the potential buyers with as much information as possible. We thought selling a house would be a very professional process however it was completely personal throughout. Highly recommend and with the additional plus points in terms of yearly valuations on our current property, we would use Number One in the future (if needed) Thank you for allowing us to find our forever home.

They realised that our property was slightly more unique than the rest of the properties in the area and that that warranted a higher price than a desktop average street valuation. We sold really quickly and Sara was very communicative to both us and the prospective buyers.
