Can't praise Oulsnam Droitwich office enough for all the help and assistance during the sale of my late mother's park home. A special shout out to Angela and the two Sophie's. We were several miles away from the property so left them with a key and they dealt with all the viewings in a very professional manner, with feedback from them after each viewing. Arranged to view a property and agents failed to show, i essentially did a 40 mile round trip because they could not locate the keys, messaged me whilst i was at the property. Pretty amateur, asked for petrol to be paid to no avail, waste of time completely, failed to take any ownership of the situation.

We recently sold two properties with Katie & bought a property with Harrison. Both were excellent but Katie was amazing, she answered texts whilst away on annual leave and also checked on us regularly. Katie also provided us with a wealth of knowledge as one of our sales was not straight forward due to management fees etc. They might not be the cheapest but you 💯 get what you paid for in service and a personal approach to selling houses.

Found Oulsman at Droitwich so helpful. Claire gave me several property details to look at, I went to see one, no obvious sale board on display. Noticed another apparent next door, with private phone number displayed, so I called,it, a lovely lady came within 10 minutes & showed me around, it was an ideal property for me . I phoned her estate agents, made an offer , which has been agreed accepted .. I've since been to see Claire to give her a thank you card.
