GoogleAs a landlord I've been disappointed to be honest. There systems are poor and seems like a lot of staff turnover as well. Recently had multiple families living at my property even after inspection they assured me it was only one.

GoogleLovely company to work with. Staff are amazing and helpful. Couldn't of asked for a better team to work with with finding rentals. Zoe and Kelly-Anne are such bubbly and wonderful ladies and so professional. 100% recommend to anyone looking in their areas!

GoogleExcellent service, with excellent advice. The previous estate agent told us it would be difficult to get a mortgage on the property however Harrt sorted this out immediately. Very professional in their approach to all aspects of selling the property and do not have call staff answering the phone, only properly trained estate agents, who understand the property and the market. Very impressed with this first class service. Tracey.

GoogleNewport Lettings- I didn't want to post a negative review but this is the purpose of them, giving feedback to help others. I can't list the number of errors made by them since I allowed them to manage the let. It is very frustrating as calls or emails are not returned. Think very carefully before using Haarts to manage letting your property.

I have been dealing with Zoe Morgan and have found her to be very helpful and knowledgeable given this was the first time I had been involved with anything like this. The estate agent who I was dealing with, Zoe, was lovely and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The whole process was made as stress free as possible. Would highly recommend.
