FacebookAvoid.I booked in to see a property to rent on Friday for Monday 9:30am. I had a text to confirm this however I then had a text from the same number an hour before my viewing on Monday saying that someone had taken the property over the weekend, sorry and good luck with my search.I was clearly upset and annoyed by this as I was really interested in this property and had a booking to view it. I was then told that someone had already viewed it Wednesday, she applied on Friday and referencing happened over the weekend, apparently because the price was reduced she took it. The fact no one told me on Friday that someone had viewed it and applied already put me at a disadvantage, I didn’t think anything would happen before my viewing otherwise I would have put my application in straight away to be given a fair chance.I believe regardless of her application I should have been able to view it and apply as well due to being booked in to see it, that’s only fair. I could have been a better applicant for this property. I will be avoiding Cwtch at all costs! All you seem to care about it is filling properties as soon as you can while disregarding anyone else..

GoogleDuring the time that I rented from Cwtch I found everyone to be really friendly and extremely helpful. The whole team was very understanding and helpful during a recent illness. The only reason I moved was to be closer to my work. I can highly recommend Cwtch if you are looking for somewhere to rent.

GoogleI rent through this agency, can wholeheartedly recommend - they actually do their job (with all the horror stories out there of scumbag agents, I think it is important to commend the good ones where appropriate). Responsive, professional, the world needs more letting agents like Cwtch Property Group!

GoogleI have rented through Cwtch for almost 7 years. They are by far the best letting agents I have ever rented from. They respond fast to all queries and if there are any problems they are fast to resolve them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

GoogleReceived threats from Dave at the agency. These included both violence and entering the property at will, both of which he's been reported for previously. Be very wary of dealing with this company. Refused any repairs for 3 months, still now have horrendous black mould.

GoogleOrganised a viewing with this company. When i arrived at the property and let them know i was there, i was told the property had been let earlier that day and asked "did you not get a call?" Very unprofessional.
