TrustpilotMark Willet - Ipswich Office
Having sold my property through Mark Willet in the Ipswich office, I could not be more happy, at first I assumed this would be a very daunting and stressful process, however after my first chat with Mark (who was incredibly knowledgeable, and very motivated), I was reassured that the whole sale would be seamless, and this was proven so!I couldn't be happier with the price I received, and the service also!Highly recommended.

TrustpilotEfficient service in every way
Efficient service in every way. Easy to contact when support was needed as a result of our being very inexperienced.
Thank you for your review. We will ensure your feedback is shared with our online auction team. All the best - Sarah

From the minute I got introduced to Amanda at Auction House she has been an absolute delight to deal with. She is very helpful, informative and efficient in organising my property for sale. My property sold on the auction day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Amanda if your considering selling your property in the future.

FacebookThe Auction House were brilliant from start to finish in the recent sale of my uncle's house - they took us through the process step by step, helped us source additional services (like clearance) and helped with access as we weren't local. It took 2-3 months and the whole team was consistently friendly and accessible - but particular thanks from all of us to Marc Morrish :)

GoogleWe sold our uncle's house at auction through Auction House this summer. We didn't know the process and had lots of people to keep in the loop but Marc Morrish and the whole team were consistently available to explain everything and nudge us along. Throughout, they were friendly and kind and made the whole process easy. They come really highly recommended from us!

TrustpilotJenny Austen Hillcrest
Jenny, was super efficient however I was disappointed with the price the flat sold for. I believe this was due to the state of the market and the way the current tenants have it cluttered. Also they are in situ and contracted till 2022, which probably put bidders off. All in all I would rate Jenny highly but I was expecting to sell at a higher price. Thanks.
