GoogleExtremely negative experience with this agency. Be aware that as per many other agencies when you will check your property out they will find something to let you pay. In my case I have been charged for something that was clearly been damaged before my tenancy. I have raised this with both the agency staff and the landlord months before to leave and was all well and good up to the day I have left the flat when everything turned against myself. Also, be careful with your rent as it will increase after few months and the increase will just go straight into MK Property pockets. I have paid almost £2K deposit and other fees and when I left a quarter of that disappeared in cleaning fees, previous tenants’ damages and other robberies. Watch out and don’t believe a word of what they will tell you. Take photographs and do not accept rent increases. Very unreliable bunch chaps, slightly racist too.

TrustpilotDon’t respond to emails sent on Rightmove or from their website
I would never use them to sell based on my expience. they don’t actually want to sell property they just wait until someone walks in.. ridiculous..

GoogleBeen with MK Properties a while and been so impressed with their service felt the need to add my review to the list of positive ones already on here. Time and time again they've gone out of their way for us and in this world where work life balance can sometimes be skewed the wrong way one thing that has always helped is the fact we've not once had to worry about our rented accommodation once since moving in. Credit to the guys where it's due. Thanks.

GoogleAdelida at Mk Property has visited our various units several times and has always been incredibly informative and helpful. So knowledgeable in the area of rentals and management of rental. I would highly recommended if you’re looking to have your rental property managed and looked after.

TrustpilotContractors be careful.
If you are a contractor please be careful when working with MK property. They will ring you 8 x a day for their 15% commission but will pay invoices late, rarely available to take calls and clearly do not value contractors.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusted by this company's attitude, one of their properties is causing damage to mine and they have told me its not their problem! The man shouted down the phone at me when I phoned to try and sort it. He told me that's why I have house insurance... I am appalled by their disgusting attitude.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GooglePoor customer service. Unless they are trying to make money they don't want to know. Took nearly a year to get an issue resolved.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
