We dealt with Milly for our new rental in Newmarket. She was wonderfully polite, and really went above and beyond - showing us any property we had an interest in, always being on time and up to date with properties, she also endeavoured to keep us in the loop at all times regarding conversations with the landlady - really good at 'keeping us warm'! Always professional, always happy to see us, and really welcoming - really made moving house a lot easier :) I really recommend Tylers, the experience we've had with them thus far has been great - explaining all the paperwork that we went through, showing knowledge and care.

Extremely disappointed by the service Tyler’s have provided over the last year. At first, it was a quick and easy process to move into the rental property. However, very quickly realised they do not have the tenants best interests at heart. We have had several issues within the property, firstly, there are 2 beautiful large windows that have electric blinds, these have not worked since March, myself and my partner have chased numerous times for these to be fixed or to even be provided with an update, however have not been informed when these will be fixed by the lettings team, and more times then not, been completely ignored for months at a time when requesting updates. As these blinds cannot be opened, there was/is black mold growing, we have however managed to clean what we could, although it is not possible to reach the top unless provided with access equipment, this too has been flagged to Charley McMillan, to which, has still not been fixed (this was reported in May). The next issue is a row of high rise light fixtures, this issue was reported a month ago, again no update of when anyone will even take a look at getting these fixed. This is particularly frustrating as these lights are in front of the blinds so therefore have no light in this area of the property, we should not have to use a torch to put our shoes on.. In the mean time, we have been advised our monthly rental income has been risen however the issues that are ongoing are not being replied to. To conclude, I recommend you rent elsewhere as your requests will not be met. I am not one to make a complaint but feel it is necessary as we have been extremely patient with the employees a Tyler’s Lettings.

I have recently sold my house through Tylers, this was the first property I have ever sold. All the team at Tylers made the process so easy and kept me updated with stats and details. When you call or pop into the office the team are always happy to help you, where they can, and they are all very professional. I was really happy with all the marketing material and the photos, these were clear and gave a good representation of our property. I was also offered a 3D viewing video, which was amazing and much clearer and easier for the viewer to use compared to a normal video viewing. I would 100% recommend them

My experience of selling a house has shown that Estate Agents are not all the same. Tylers were my agents for what turned out to be a nightmare chain - and ended up being the point of contact for others in the chain trying to gain information. The whole team at Tylers Newmarket pushed and cajoled to get the deal over the line, liaising with solicitors up and down the chain and passing on the information to the correct place. I am so pleased that I had this Agent representing me - otherwise we may well not have moved yet......!

We had a very pleasant experience working with the Tylers team when selling our cottage near Newmarket. The team of Alistair, Millie and Christine managed to quickly generate interest in the cottage, organised viewings in the tricky context of the pandemic and got the cottage under offer within a few months. The team then went into another gear in progressing the sale with frequent checks on purchasers situation, wrt surveys, mortgage offers etc. and kept everyone informed of status. All together, a surprisingly painless process for this sale due to the efforts of the Tylers team and we would have no hesitation in recommending them if you are selling in the Newmarket and surrounding areas.
