Teddington, House Sale and Flat rental.

I have recently completed selling my house. The newly opened Savills Teddington are responsible for the sale and I cannot rate them highly enough. I would like to personally thank and thoroughly recommend Rosa who was just the most fantastic sales negotiator. Without her expertise in dealing with viewings and buyers I don’t think our house would have sold at all! Her experience in dealing with people made for a very smooth journey for us. She was always so professional yet so friendly and approachable. I felt I was in very good hands when I knew Rosa was showing people around my home. I’m so glad she was assigned to us for our sale.Also to be mentioned as a fantastic member of the team at Teddington, is Sophie. Without her expert negotiating skills we wouldn’t be renting the fabulous flat that we’re currently in. She has been so helpful. What could so easily have been a difficult and stressful time was a positive experience due to the staff at Savills. They have all been fantastic. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Tom Willing is fantastic

Tom Willing has been fantastic, and I'm delighted he was the agent for a flat I bought in May 2022. I was focused on one property, but Tom made sure I compared the market by looking at other options, and this was appreciated. The 'making an offer' process wasn't stressful, and I felt very comfortable based on Tom's professionalism. Tom's replies to emails have always been thoughtful, complete and progress the purchase. I was a complicated buyer, an overseas resident wanting to purchase a flat for personal use (not BTL). Not a typical transaction. Tom suggested both a specialist mortgage broker and a local solicitor, and both have delighted to no end. The broker locked in a 5-year deal at a ridiculously low rate whilst managing the approval process patiently. The solicitor's attention to detail and thoroughness made me wonder about the recovery they make, given they charge such a modest fee. I have worked with others in these fields before - none are like those Tom suggested. The deal would have fallen over had Tom not suggested both of these people (after my efforts objectively lacked grunt). Tom's invaluable experience and focus on successful outcomes is something you don't find often. The experience with Tom and Savills, in general, has been excellent, and I now understand why the company has the reputation it does.

Sale of Flat in Battersea

We worked with Tessa on the sale of our flat and she was great. Smooth, professional and successful service & outcome

Having bought our property with the assistance of Savills back in 2015 (another great experience), we enlisted their help again to re-value the property at the start of this year. We were connected to Daniel Omell in the Hampstead office who was very familiar and knowledgeable about our property, the local market and most importantly the buyer universe. He was then subsequently able to make an excellent off-market introduction, which ultimately led to an agreement of sale in a smooth and expedited fashion.
