GoogleMy partner and I first started renting our 3 bedroom house in August 2021 and are now moving out Jan 2023. Morris Armitage have been simply fantastic. A special mention goes out to both Matt and Kieron for their consistent hard work, superb communication and commitment skills and finally just being simply great people to deal with when renting. The service the team at MA provide is transparent as to why this Estate Agent has won the awards they have. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Morris Armitage for providing us with exactly what we required and more.

GoogleI've been asking for a replacement of the radiator in the bathroom for over a month, because there's a lot of moisture and mold, you have to ask for everything and the waiting time is very long. They explain that either there is no one or the repair times are very long. As long as everything is fine and you don't have to do anything, it's ok, but when they have to do something, it's a disaster. Overall, I don't recommend it

GoogleThey were really helpful throughout the whole process, from the viewings all the way to completion (especially getting back to us very quickly when we asked questions). They recommend a mortgage advisor to us, and they were amazing too! (Bright Advice). As first time buyers this is what we needed, friendly helpful advice on the whole process.

GoogleWe had a few problems with buyers changing their minds at the last moment., but the Morris Armitage Team kept at it and saw our sale through to a successful completion. Always helpful and ready to liaise with ourselves, our buyer and solicitors. Good communications and always kept us aware of what was happening.

She is amazingly professional and responsive, and made the process go as smoothly as was in her control. I don't think I ever waited longer than a few hours for a reply to emails, and she was really honest and realistic with me about time frames. We have been using the property management of Morris Armitage in Cambridge for over 3 years now (they are our letting agents here) and I can confidently say that this has been a totally positive experience. The original viewing arrangement was done promptly, then they would support us through the document submission process when applying for the property. They were really efficient in drafting the original contract too. After we moved in they have been the reliable "go to" experts in getting the right specialists/engineers fix various maintenance issues almost immediately. All in all, it's been and still is a great experience working with MA!

GoogleDebi Bond at the Newmarket branch, was an invaluable help and ally in our buying of our dream cottage. The negotiations were protracted and sometimes tricky, owing to the cottage being old, in a state of wreckage, and with many aspects to be haggled over and sifted through, but throughout Debi maintained a cheerful, professional attitude: always positive, clear and pro-active. Honestly, she made the stressful situation of buying a house, the best it could be. Highly recommended!
