GoogleIn the 2 years we have been back in the uk, we have tried and registered with every agent in Southampton none would help, mostvare rude.
However, since moving to Suffolk, we found Lemontree Letting Agents, they were very kind, helpful, understood our situation and helped us secure a property, now, ive never know any Agent who actually cares about your health, they said the first property was unsafe after observation of me going up and down the stairs to the first floor flat. Instead, they called me to tell me that, and they had a ground floor flat which is much more suitable. We have secured the tenancy agreement. A massive thank you to Beth,Vicky and Gillie who were very supportive.

GoogleRecently relocated from London to Newmarket, the team at Lemontree has been nothing short of amazing.
My work involves being away a lot, and my girlfriend is currently in the Amazon rainforest with very limited internet access. The Lemontree team was very understanding and did everything they could to help us find a house and relocate while on the go.
It's worth mentioning that I have been refused viewings by some of their competitors because my girlfriend wouldn't be able to attend the viewings or because I wouldn't be able to make it myself on 'the only available time they had' on a Wednesday afternoon at 2pm (remember I work away and was relocating from London...)
None of that nonsense with the team at Lemontree. They understood the situation, adapted quickly, and made it work for us with an incredible property. I'm very grateful to have found them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new home in and around Newmarket over any of their competitors.

Specialising in the field of lettings, they are experts. They are not distracted by money from sales & purchases - their goal is to maintain continual rental income from the right tenant. They are fastidious and expect high standards from your property and genuinely care about your rental home and sourcing the best tenant.
I have been extremely impressed with the level of service I have received and would absolutely use them again. Do not waste your time and money with any other agent because they do not share the same passion.

GoogleLemontree have proven themselves to be fantastic both in terms of tenant find and property management. Whenever there's been a maintenance issue, Beth and the team have been in touch promptly and have put us in contact with a network of maintenance staff we feel we can trust (to the point that we now use them at our own house.
The tenants Lemontree have found for us have been perfect, with the house well taken care of and the neighbours saying how lovely they are - couldn't ask for better.
The best sign that you can be confident in them is what the tenants themselves have said - it's rare you find a tenant that likes their property manager but the tenants' reviews of Lemontree have been exemplary.
I couldn't be happier with them, Lemontree have made the entire process hassle free and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleWe have been using Lemon tree to manage a couple of houses in Newmarket for longer than I can remember. Since before they were called Lemontree. The team are always pleasant and professional. Management has always been trouble free and we do not need to worry about any unexpected surprises.
The test of a good property manager is only when there are changeovers, difficult tenants or with maintenance. Luckily we have not had any difficult tenants to our knowledge so their vetting process must be good and/or they manage any problems before they escalate. We have also been lucky in having mainly long term tenants but any changeovers have been pretty seamless. Maintenance is always an ongoing process but Lemontree manage this very professionally. They do regular inspections and are fully familiar with their properties and experienced in the requirements of maintaining them to the required standard. Happy tenants & happy landlords. Small repairs are attended to efficiently and larger repairs or suggested future work can be discussed them maintenance manager who understands the nature of the work and can offer pragmatic recommendations.
We use other agents in different parts of the country so do have experience to compare them and would say that they are one of the best that we use. I would have no hesitation to recommend them to prospective landlords or tenants.

GoogleI am neither a tenant nor landlord of Lemontree Properties, but I recently had such a positive experience with the company that I felt it appropriate to leave a review.
My husband and I are currently looking for a new property to rent, and recently inquired into a house managed by Lemontree. As renters will know, it is common to be treated quite dismissively by estate agents, particularly before contracts are exchanged and signed; not at all so with Lemontree! Both Gillie and Beth were incredibly professional, kind, thoughtful and considerate. Beth knew the property inside out, and was also quick to reassure us that even the smallest imperfection in the finish of the house would be fixed before the move in date. In my experience, this care and attention is rare in the industry, most agents have had an attitude of "take it or leave it" even in cases where the property is looking quite run down.
I really couldn't recommend the company enough. Lemontree seem to be uniquely people-focused in an industry which could desperately do with more of that!
