I was told I would get a call back later that afternoon and never did.
Update: After posting this I got an email and a call asking to take this down, if that type of energy was made to begin with we wouldn't be here.
Also I noticed they used the same pictures from the house I just moved out of from 3 years ago to post thier new add. If you can't spend the time to provide updated pics, you probably ain't going to do the other stuff that takes a little bit more time.

I've looked into this, but unfortunately I can't seem to find a record of you on our system or of you having rented a property through us. From your review, I'm also struggling to identify the specific property or matter you are referring to, which makes it difficult for me to investigate what may have happened.

No response to the calls that I made to them. No communication from Sheena. And that makes me reluctant to deal with them because the agents who cannot respond to the clients are not worth having a business with.
I would like to put a review update:
I really appreciate that Phil got in touch with me after seeing the review and tried to resolve the situation. He made sure to organise the booking of the property for me and explained the whole situation and the reason for the delay. Though in the end for some reason I wasn't able to view the property but I really appreciate Phil's efforts and would go with them in future if I like any property advertised by Clarke Philips.

Selling a house you donβt want to isnβt the easiest thing to do, but they treated it with the same love as I had for it, and ensured we got the absolute maximum we could (to soften the blow!)

FacebookWe have both purchased and sold a house in Red Lodge with Clarke Philips. In both cases I was very happy with the service provided. Clarke Philips understand the market in Red Lodge very well, and Phil was an excellent guide when we were purchasing, showing us around several properties in the space of a few hours during a tight one day visit from NW England, and providing a realistic quotation and good advice when we sold. The recent sale involved a large chain of six properties, and Sheena was very professional, tactical and proactive communicating with multiple solicitors and other estate agents to ensure that contracts exchanged and the transactions completed in a timely manner. We also found Rania Clarke at Burnett Barker in Bury St Edmunds to be an excellent local solicitor.

Sheena dealt with my purchase. She was very professional and made me feel at ease during the viewing. Everything went quickly, although the seller pressurised me into speeding the process up, when it was the mortgage lender slowing everything down. The house that i purchased also went so quickly, that it never had a for sale sign put up. It was only on rightmove for a few days.
One thing was that the recommended conveying company switched the assigned conveyor mid-purchase for no given reason, and the one who took over, didn't know what documents had been sent to me, so I didn't get all of the information until the agreed day of exchange of contract. This also meant that I was unable to negotiate on things that I would've wanted, namely the electricity certificate without delaying the exchange of contracts, and by this time, the seller was already unhappy with me delaying the process earlier, so I had to bite the bullet and continue. But Sheena and the conveyor did contact me to make sure that I was happy, So I can't fault the agent.

I simply can't fault Clarke Philips. From beginning to end the process was warm, professional, thorough and the lady I dealt with, Sheena, went above and beyond to be reassuring and helpful during the odd tricky patch (nothing to do with them, solicitor problems in the chain).
Sheena's knowledge of the business process, and the housing market, was amazing, and it gave me a lot of confidence when looking at the properties they had on the market. Nothing was too much trouble!

The speed of transaction was drawn out by circumstances out of anyone's control but Sheena & Phil worked extremely hard to keep the chain moving and really went out of their way to ensure the transaction was completed. I can honestly say that Clarke Philips are the best estate agent that we have ever dealt with. They work extremely hard and always get the best results! They are very honest which I respect rather then most agents which tell you what you want to hear. They complete all viewings no matter what! Which is vital when selling but yet again most estates you seem to pay a fee then do their work for them by doing the viewings this wouldn't happen with Clarke Philips. So if you want a loyal, hardworking , trustworthy company then go for Clarke Philip!!!:0)
