We have had a fantastic experience with the whole team throughout our purchase. From start to finish they were professional, helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Our situation became incredibly complicated when, very sadly, the seller at the top of the chain passed away just a day and a half before we were due to exchange. This could easily have caused everything to collapse, but the team handled the situation with real professionalism and care. They kept everyone informed, worked hard behind the scenes to keep things moving, and ultimately helped get the purchase over the line. A special mention to David, who was brilliant throughout. What a fantastic guy! He remained completely professional at all times and was excellent at communicating and keeping me and my wife updated with every change occurring…. Be that positive or negative. Buying a house can be stressful, but the team made the whole process actually seem far more enjoyable than I would have expected it to have been. We’re very grateful for all their hard work and would happily recommend them without a shadow of doubt to anyone buying or selling a house. 😊

Great company with hard working staff. Buying and selling is never fun and it really is one of the most stressful experiences anyone can have but the staff at Phillip Mann really made it as easy as they could. I dealt with Adam and Georgia, both fantastic. They have great communication skills, responded to my emails and calls always on the same day and kept me in the loop at all times. The most important part of buying & selling is to fully understand where you are in the process, how your buyers are feeling and to chase solicitors if required. I felt that all boxes were ticked. Hopefully I'll not be needing the services of an estate agent again, but if I did, I'd definitely go to Phillip Mann.

Avoid Phillip Mann. Over three years, we dealt with Debbie, who ignored serious concerns like asbestos and made us chase basic repairs with endless emails. The agency always sided with the landlord, leaving us to live in unsafe conditions. Miserable 3 years. Even on holiday, we were unfairly harassed about "property security," despite arranging for a neighbor to manage it. This agency caused unnecessary stress and failed to support us as tenants.

Adam was the most friendly agent we met, always happy to help. Georgia gave great advice on what to expect on moving day. She also helped co-ordinate with our solicitors and made the complex process much easier for us. Nick gave some great advice early in the process of us listing our property for sale, and helped us with some tough decisions. I felt like he really had our best interests at heart.
