TrustpilotLetter box
I recently moved in to a new flat and there was an issue with the letter box (lock not working). Paul from Victor Michael went above and beyond to ensure that the problem was sorted. He personally got in touch with a locksmith and arranged for him to come replace the lock.

TrustpilotLettings Services At Its Finest
Victor Michael let our property within a week or 2 and the process was as smooth as anyone could have expected. The property ad went live within a day and offers were flowing in shortly after. They offered an array of services which we could chose to best suit our needs.Well recommended!

FacebookWe rented a property through the Woodford Green office where we were really happy with the service of the whole team. In terms of the move in and out especially, they made the whole process easy and straightforward for us. Overall a really positive experience and we would definitely recommend to others.

TrustpilotFriendly and competent staff
Rented a 1 bed flat in Canning Town. The whole process from viewing till competing was smooth and efficient. Abu and Atul took care of my requests by promptly liaising with the landlord. Would definitely recommend them if you want competent estate agents which cannot be said of many others out there.

TrustpilotVictor Michael - Canning Town
Recently acquired services from VM Canning Town branch. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely knew what they were talking about with no jargon time wasting, money fleecing talk that you get from many other agents (and believe me, I spoke to many). Highly recommend for peace of mind & satisfaction!

GoogleIt was probably the most difficult chain any of us have ever been through, but I can’t fault Jay’s handling and the work he put into making it happen. I highly recommend.

It was my first agency, but can tell, that at this moment and the best. During my living period, had no problems at all, always had all answers/help in few days. Deposit-received in few weeks, nobody charged without reason. I would recommend this agency as a good and trustful agency.

TrustpilotFlat Lettings
Very professional and efficient and friendly service in the letting of my flat. They found excellent quality tenants. All documents were processed to a high standard. They kept me informed of progress and also instructed for EPC and PAT which meant I did not have to organise these myself.
