TrustpilotExceptional service!
I highly recommend Victor Michael, in specific Jay Jethwa. He was my sales agent and the whole experience has been smooth and hassle free. He has gone above and beyond what a standard agent would do. He is most definitely not a cowboy agent or ones that just takes your money. So glad I found the agent, money well spent indeed.

Dear Ms Boucher,Thank you for your candid feedback. Victor Michael takes all feedback very seriously and is always striving to give our customers a high standard of service leading to a good experience.I can see from your records that you have not had a good experience. Following your move in to the property last year there were a number of issues that came to light, these issues seem to have been resolved within a couple of weeks.I understand how frustrated you are regarding your current issue taking so much time to complete, which our team are working hard to resolve as soon as possible. I am sorry that you feel that you have not received the high level of customer service that we at Victor Michael aspire to.Should you wish to discuss this further please email me at chris@victormichael.com Mrs Chris Barford MARLA MNAEA

TrustpilotHelpful and professional service
I had a pleasure to deal with Corina, who is one of the letting agents at Victor Michael. She was very professional throughout the whole process, kind and helpful; explained everything in detail and dealt with the landlord in terms of additional requests we had in regards to the flat. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for a flat to rent!

GoogleJay at Victor Michael Canning town was an absolute treat to work with. At every turn, he anticipated and managed expectations and the needs of, seemingly, everyone involved. I would absolutely recommend his/their services when considering your next move in the property market!

TrustpilotPatiently dealing with the sale
Patiently dealing with the sale of a property of a deceased love one and having to deal with half a dozen of us - Jay dealt with matters beyond normal expectations along with Shay and others covering professionally whenever called upon - and that was a fair bit so thanks for putting confidence back in the estate agent

Just completed on a purchase in Leyton through these guys and they were great. They responded extremely quickly to emails and were easy to get on the phone. I viewed the property three or fours times throughout the process and this was not a problem for them. Kash, the sales agent, was superb and kept me fully up to date.
