Hi Bharathi, Thank you for your recent feedback. We are sorry if you feel disappointed in our service but we are struggling to understand why you feel this way. before you vacated the property you went abroad and you confirmed in writing that your relative who was sharing the property with you did not look after the property while you was away leaving it very filthy. Before the checkout date we sent an email to all the occupiers that property must be left in the same condition it was given to you. Unfortunately when the checkout was carried out, this was not the case. As you are aware your deposit was protected with DPS (government authorised company). They are the ones who decide if deductions can be made from the deposit. After reviewing the inventory report and checkout, DPS agreed to the deductions. There were more deductions but the landlord was kind enough to let go of them and refund most of your deposit. I hope you understand that it is important that properties are looked after and given back to the owner in the same condition they have given to you as it is unfair to the property owners who put their hard work and earnings to keep their properties in a good and well maintained condition.
