GoogleI have been moving and renting out my house in London for almost 30 years. I was a bit reluctant to rent it out, so I was very careful when choosing an agency. I compared many agency companies and negotiated with this company. It agreed with my requirements and conditions at the beginning with a comparative mentality. , but their attitude and positivity gave me confidence. After that, they followed up one by one and explained everything I knew and didn’t know clearly. The important thing is that water, electricity, council, and name change were all handled for me. It saved me a lot of trouble, and finally I rented out my house and received stable monthly rent. I will recommend this agency to my friends. Thank you very much Hasan for helping me get everything done.

Whenever I need them they are always available and try to give their best. I am quite sure as like me their other clients also happy to stay with them and their service. I would like to give my special thanks to Mr Mahbub Shah. He is doing really well. I wish him more success in his life.

GoogleAs a first time renter I cannot recommend the agency more! Chrystal helped me every step of the way from setting up my billing to answering all my questions and simply making it an easy process. As a working professional and not having the time to chase things up it was an absolute bonus having Chrystal making sure everything ran smoothly in the background . We viewed the property on Tuesday, Informed on Wednesday we were successful and within days collected the keys! Thank you to mahbub also for providing a fabulous service.

Their services come highly recommended. In addition to being quick and prompt, they are more reliable and efficient than other high-street estate agents.
