They are very conniving and secretly put nasty charges once you end your tenancy. I got charged 3 days rent for the landlord/agency delaying to collect the key from me. They did this on purpose so that they can keep the deposit money. I was having none of it and made sure my protected deposit was returned to me. Never get tenancy with these dodgy cowboy estate agents.
