I recently rented a shop from Triple 4 Lettings on Church Road and turned it into a bubble tea shop, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the start, Kaz was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he assist us in finding reliable builders to carry out the necessary work, but he even went out of his way to buy materials for us when needed. His dedication and support went far beyond what I expected, and it's clear he genuinely cares about his tenants. Kaz is an honest and genuinely nice person, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Triple 4 Lettings if you're looking for a professional, trustworthy agency that goes the extra mile.

I have been using Kaiser and staff for a number of years now and would write as follows. One of the reviews was left by a ex tenant of mine.It is totally unjustified ans Kaiser was doing me a favour since I was out of the country.The problem was down to the tenant and not the agent who was acting on my behalf. I have used a number of Agents down through the years and would honestly say Kaiser is the best.He is diligent and hard working but most of all he is probably the most up to date with the legal requirements and necessary information/documentation now facing Landlords so his AST are up to date and he knows the law which is imperative to Landlords in current time. I am sorry that Kaiser was left a negative review when he was doing me a favour and looking after my interests even when in this case he did not even have the full management of the property.I would ignore the review and highly recommend this Agent.There are so many dodgy ones out there but he is definitely not one of them. This review is based on my true findings.

We rented a property through 444 Rentals Ltd for over 8 years, and throughout this entire time, we have been extremely happy with the service provided. The team at 444 Rentals Ltd is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, ready to help and answer any questions promptly. Any issues that arose, such as emergencies with the boiler or electricity, were resolved very quickly and efficiently. All necessary certifications were always updated on time, and at the end of the tenancy, our deposit was returned even faster than we expected. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend 444 Rentals Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency.

Kaz was very efficient and professional in finding me new tenants. He was 'on the ball' from the very beginning. He took pictures of my property in the very first meeting and posted them on company website the very next day. I called and asked about shop to rent , fella asking what business you will do ( that’s responsible question) I said cafe , NO NO NO landlord not want to that kind of business or take a way or restaurant, fair enough 3 months later shop up and done guess what cafe lounge , what did they fiddle you mate ???
