GoogleAfter a very trying process due to lots of 'red tape' outside of their influence, the team at Steve Gooch did an amazing job of getting our sale through after a long 8 months. Rhys did a great job at marketing our property and showing it to its best and did find our eventual buyers. An absolute asset to the company was Jo Gooch (Sales Progressor). She worked tirelessly - even whilst on holiday, to keep communications going with all parties and keep the pressure on those that needed it! She is a star and every estate agents need a 'Jo'. Never having done this process before, we didn't realise the significance of a Sales Progressor. I believe that not all estate agents have them but don't underestimate the significance or power of this. Jo, thank you so much for being on our 'team', we couldn't have done it without you. Nothing pushy, took the time to understand what we were looking for in our next house and found it.
