GoogleWe are just completing the purchase of our new home with Naylor Powell and we have received nothing but exceptional service. Saying that the buying process has been tricky is the understatement of the century and Adam from Naylor has gone above and beyond at every step to keep the momentum going, including sitting in a hold queue with Severn Trent to try and get to the bottom of a drainage query. Throughout the whole process he has kept a calm and friendly demeanour and has kept us updated at every twist and turn. I have no worries about thoroughly recommending the Naylor Powell team

GoogleThe staff at the Newent branch were all very helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had! They were happy to arrange extra viewings for us and went to the property to double check things for us without any hesitation and no inconvenience to them. Have never had any trouble getting hold of someone who could help us and if they are out of office are quick to reply to any emails. AVOID THESE LYING UNPROFESSIONAL THEIVES. They misinform you and SET YOU UP to LOSE ALL YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY. They took photographs at the inventory and LIED about them when leaving the tenancy. THEY FIDDLED THE DATE AND TIME STAMP showing faults that WERE NOT THERE on the inventory because they SET US UP to keep the deposit.They are aggressive,rude,MARC FOX IS A BULLY AND SEXIST CHAUVIST. The codes in the car park and door codes HAVE NOT BEEN CHANGED IN OVER 6 YEARS. SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS ON THE DOCKS DO NOT WORK SO BIKES, CARS and MOTORBIKES are BEING STOLEN OFTEN. Yet NAYLOR POWELL DO NOT CARE THEY DO NOTHING. THIEVES AND DRUG DEALERS FREQUENT AREA BECAUSE THEY KNOW HOW USELESS NAYLOR POWELL ARE. They are by far THE WORST COMPANY EVER - AVOID AT ALL COSTS>YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

GoogleJust sold our property via Naylor Powell. Wasn’t the easiest of sales (due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control) but we had excellent communication from Scott and Adam throughout. Would definitely recommend Naylor Powell.

GoogleCancelled a viewing 3 hours before the viewing after we travelled 4 hours from London, we even called the night before and the morning of the viewing to confirm, hundreds wasted on petrol and hotel. Avoid!!NegativeProfessionalism
It is regrettable that the property was sold before you could view it. Having checked the file I can see we called you the day before to advise we had received an offer that may be accepted. The vendor accepted the offer the following morning. We contacted you immediately to advise you that the offer had been accepted on the basis the property was taken off the market. We gave you as much notice as possible.

GoogleOn phoning the office the response was quick, friendly and professional and a house viewing was swiftly arranged. The valuation given was a no nonsense very realistic figure and Adam took time to explain many other details. We were very impressed with the whole experience and would not hesitate to recommend Naylor Powell.

GoogleNo communication what so ever. Could have had the queen view my house and I wouldn’t have known. Got no feedback until I chased them for it. Much better estate agents out there who charge a lot less commission
It is regrettable that during the time of marketing your property there was not much activity to report to you. We feel had we been given longer to work on it we would have secured a suitable buyer.
