YellOutstanding thus far
Adam has been very efficient and pro-active thus far in the sale of our property. I had contacted three estate agents in Newent and found that Naylor Powell came up trumps on communication and reliability. We have not sold yet but I feel confident that entering into a contract with this estate agent is a good move - pardon the pun! This review will be updated, as with my business in flat roofing I think it is important that reviews are made to give others feedback on performance. GoogleWe are just completing the purchase of our new home with Naylor Powell and we have received nothing but exceptional service. Saying that the buying process has been tricky is the understatement of the century and Adam from Naylor has gone above and beyond at every step to keep the momentum going, including sitting in a hold queue with Severn Trent to try and get to the bottom of a drainage query. Throughout the whole process he has kept a calm and friendly demeanour and has kept us updated at every twist and turn. I have no worries about thoroughly recommending the Naylor Powell team

They were happy to arrange extra viewings for us and went to the property to double check things for us without any hesitation and no inconvenience to them. We were constantly updated with the progress of the applications, and even when encountering issues within the chain, they were there to support us and reassure us of what was to happen next. We have now received our completion date and can’t wait for the next step!
