GoogleI’m so grateful for all the help I’ve received from reeds rains gosforth, in particular the wonderful sales negotiator Madeline ! They have gone above and beyond compared to other agents we have dealt with in the past, other agents haven’t even answered phone when I was trying to book valuations ! Madeline has kept us informed for the whole process, and I feel completely aware of what is happening with my sale ! highly recommended the excellent service !

GoogleNichola Hall from Reeds Rains in Gosforth is the best professional I have worked with in this industry. Having moved several times over the years on a rental basis, I have had many, many negative experiences hence the feedback, which I never usually leave, but in this case it's a must! I was in a sticky situation and Nichola secured me my perfect move, in very little time. Highly recommended doesn't even come close!

GoogleI was initially with Your Move but due to a store closure I was passed to Reeds Rains. The service from Your Move was excellent so I was bit sceptical with the forced change over. Those reservations were quickly squashed. The communication from both Danielle and Alan was exceptional. They kept me up to date at every step and were on hand for any assistance. I couldn't recommend the branch anymore.

GoogleI have tried twice with this agency on completely different days/staff to book an appointment for a viewing. They said they'd get back to me and never did, buyers beware - good luck getting your property sold!!
After looking into this further we understand your concerns and would like to clarify the situation. On Saturday at 11:20, we spoke with you regarding arranging a viewing. Later that day, at 4:02, we returned your call to arrange the viewing. On Monday at 9:03, we noticed that you called us for less than a second then disconnected. Please understand that when arranging viewings, especially when the sellers reside in the property, we often need to coordinate with them to confirm their availability. This process sometimes requires a bit of time to ensure all parties are accommodated. We would appreciate the opportunity to assist you further and ensure a smooth viewing process. If you could please call us back at your earliest convenience, we can finalise the viewing arrangements.

GoogleThinking of renting with reeds rains gosforth? think again! Reeds rains gosforth owned and operated by Philip hardaker. I rent a property and in December it flooded we are now in July and can’t see an end had collapsed floors for 2 month and made me ill reeds rains is the worst penny pinching estate agents out there and if you are renting stay clear they have no professionalism not a single one of them It’s so badly managed and I have also spoke to a ex employee who says that Phil treats agents badly. The whole team needs a bit of training on customer service I will be out of the this property as quickly as possible and settling it in court and that’s just to get my deposit back. I have had to take time of work and speak to solicitors worst experience ever and has made me so depressed. But if you want a pleasant experience contact someone like Mike Rogerson I’ve never had a fault with them. 08/01/2019 - you can now see reeds rains response have discussed personal points which were not mentioned in my original review they have disclosed my data regarding personal conversations, they have disclosed how my mental health was during living at 41 Mitford gardens the landlord (Wendy henton and David Wallace) did minimal things to help me half the things were not repaired when vacating the properties and I did document this on video upon my exit from 41. So I hope this shows reeds rains Gosforth are not a professional company and have made a GDPR breach with my data posting it on google regarding compensation when I did not review or mention compensation as at the time this was being reviewed by the property ombudsman. I will be reporting this breach to ICO asap and I hope this urges everyone to avoid reeds rains at all costs or risk having a property which is a health risk and have personal data divulged for everyone to see on google.
Dear Mr Claxton, We are sorry that you have been unhappy with your experience. It was very unfortunate that the flat was flooded and we recognise that this will have caused a great deal of stress. As your landlord claimed on their insurance to have the damage rectified, this took several months and we recognise that this also caused a deal of anxiety. For this we apologise. We do feel that you were given fair compensation. At the time of the flood, we offered to terminate your tenancy and help you find an alternative property. As you did not wish to do this, we agreed to one month’s free rent and a significant reduction in rent thereafter until the damage was rectified. Any further maintenance issues you have raised have been dealt with in a timely manner. We are ready to discuss these or other issues with you at any time. Just contact us in the branch.
