Absolutely brilliant estate agents! After living in student accommodation for 3 years it was time to find a home. We spoke with several other estate agents about different properties and either never heard back or had very poor communication. Pattinson's got back to us immediately and booked us in to view a gorgeous rental (more than we ever expected to have for our first home!). We were kept up to date throughout the process, it was really easy and the agents were lovely to speak with! Once we were accepted they helped us move in ASAP and are continuing to help with our queries. All in all extremely professional, friendly, and well run estate agents - we will likely use them again in the future!

We decided to put our property on the market and the Pattinson's man who came out to assess it proved to be very knowledgeable, personable and professional in his approach. The property was sold fairly quickly and we felt that the agent was doing an excellent job .However, the deal hit several " legal" snags [sic] along the way and had it not been for the encouragement, knowledge and persistence of agent Meg at Pattinson's I doubt we would have sold the property.
