GoogleI had a mixed bag with Pattinson's, the staff are friendly and customer service is good, it's always easy to get hold of a member of staff. My 3 star rating is because everytime my sale fell through they tried a hard sell of their auction service. I'd told them on several occasions that I wasn't interested but they pressured me to sell via auction every step of the way, which I didn't accept. So all in all it was a bit of a mixed bag selling my property through Pattinson's.

Keep away from the Sunderland branch as they will cause you much stress and anxiety.Shocking experience.Treat terribly would never ever use them.Houghton branch a million times better!!!Would give Sunderland branch zero stars for our disgusting stressful experience.Will not name the girl but if you read other reviews you will see who to keep well away from!!!!

What an absolutely first class level of customer service from the staff at Pattinson’s. My father’s home had to be sold in order to fund his care, which is stressful to say the least! The team at Pattinson’s were so supportive throughout the process and managed the sale professionally and effectively from start to finish. I couldn’t believe how helpful and empathetic they were, what a lovely team. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

Very friendly service and always available to answer any queries, question or concerns. This is my first time using the service and was very nervous. The Lettings Administrator was extremely reassuring, helpful and always on hand to answer. Highly recommend!

GoogleIf only I could leave 0 Stars. Worse lettings agents. Around the winter time they left me with no heating for 2 days and then when I rang up to express my concern, I could hear people saying “just end the call”. Unprofessional and would not recommend!

I have just completed on the sale of my house in South Shields and the service I have received from everyone at the South Shields branch has been exemplary. From start to finish Danielle and Emily have been brilliant to deal with and have helped push things along every step of the way. This is the fourth house I have sold and this has been by far my best experience. I will definitely be using Pattinsons again
