GooglePeople who want to rent a property should be careful. Agents and third parties will not actively handle the issue of deposit refunds and you will not be able to get back your deposit!!!

Excellent service by Niamh Titterington! Following a couple of months of searching for the right rental property, I have come into contact with Niamh a few times now. Thanks to ReedsRains letting Agents in Chorley, Leyland and especially BamberBridge I have enjoyed exceptional standards of service with the management of my portfolio and at this time would like to give particular mention to Katie Bonar who has seamlessly continued to maintain such high standards since taking over from her predecessor at that office

TrustpilotReeds Rains
Reeds Rains - St Helens, Staff were incredible. Even though I didn't buy my first home through Reeds Rains they were still able to help me find the best mortgage out there. They even beat a deal I had been quoted from own bank who I've been with for the last 14 years. Couldn't be happier 🤗

TrustpilotThey let us down when buying our first …
They let us down when buying our first house and on day we picked keys up and my solicitor told contracts been exchanged and we can go down and pick keys up , only to find the people who sold me house was still in and they didn't move out till 5pm and they handed me the key so very unpleasant experience, and reedsrains wasn't interested.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Reeds Rains hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near Newcastle Under Lyme.
