TrustpilotVery unprofessional service by amateurs…
Very unprofessional service by amateurs purporting to be estate agents. Spend as little time as possible on valuation and pics 'visits'. Can't even get property details correct after four attempts and yet still posted it on Rightmove, etc.

GoogleJust completed the process of getting a new rental home with Reeds Rains. Lauren at the Newcastle-Under-Lyme branch has been fantastic throughout and I have been able to move in for Xmas. This has been a very positive experience and the whole transaction has moved along relatively quickly especially considering the current situation with lockdown. Many thanks.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotExceptional Throughout .....
The team at Reeds Rains were exceptional throughout and made the process absolutely pain free. Ash in particular was there every step of the way and couldn't do enough to help from the word go. The sale was seamless with glowing reports from the buyers on the way in which Elise conducted the viewings. Would 100% recommend

TrustpilotReeds Rains Macclesfield Super service from start to finish…
Superb service from start to finish from Sue at Macclesfield branch Our initial valuation was carried out professionally and emphasis was put on the importance of not only finding a buyer put also tracking the whole process through to completionThey were as good as their word and indeed worked very hard, in trying circumstances, to bring my sale to successful completion

Recently dealt with the team at Didsbury and it was by far the best customer service I have had from an estate agent. I can't remember the name of the person I spoke to, think it was Ryan or Brian but he had great knowledge of the current market and gave me some great advice.

TrustpilotREEDS RAINS DURHAM
REEDS RAINS DURHAMIt has been a pleasure to deal with Ashley and Paige at the Durham office. My wife and I are delighted they found a tenant for our BTL property. Our relationship is still quite new, however if they continue with the same efficiency and courtesy we will be happy clients. Looking forward to dealing with them in the weeks and months ahead. Thanks for everything thus far Guys!

TrustpilotPositive spirit despise long sale
The Reeds Rains Catford team has been really helpful by helping to chase a sale process that took a long time and ended up in a broken chain and then giving useful advice and assistance to get my flat back on the market and sold at a complicated time.

Maria - the lady that makes things happen. From the get go to now, it just seemed like we were both working towards thesame goal. Sometimes it seemed like she was the one buying the house and not me.She was persistent and made sure it happened as quick as possible. Her names Maria, she makes it happen!
