Facebookaccount with amazement, i remember few months back i had nothing i couldn't boast of 100 $ in my bank account cause i've lost my life-savings and pension to scammers, i had lost all hope in life.. until MRS CHARLOTTE WAYNE came along, the man who changed my life totally. i had concluded that all account managers in groups were scammers but M proved me wrong, every time i apologize to him for doubting him from the start. I would like to take this time to say a big fat thank you, to Martin & co. When we first meet Chris, my father said what a lovely gentleman, he took a look around our family home. Now this might not mean a lot to some people but this house was where we as a family had lots of memories, I guess memories we have to leave behind as you grow in time. Martin & co have this understanding about this, we where never short of viewers, the video they did and pictures where amazing. So what I guess I am saying this company went out of there way in leaps and bounds. They even got in touch with the other solicitors to find out why we weren’t moving very fast, nothing is to much for this company. So if you want an estates agency I would give definitely recommend Martin & co Newcastle under Lyme, give them a call what harm can it do. Before I go the price isn’t bad either and they are on your side.

Martin & Co sold our three bedroomed terrace house in May Bank today. The service we've had from Chris, Jayne, Jo and the team has been fantastic. We've been kept informed throughout, they've provided really practical help in resolving some key issues in the building and even taking a totally hands-on approach when it came to cleaning and presentation. They are pragmatic, down-to-earth, reliable and - unusually for an estate agent - fun people to work with. They certainly took a lot of stress out of the process. Thanks a lot.

Dear Louwda, unfortunately we can't find any record of you otherwise the Branch Manager would have liked to talk to you to see how we could help. Perhaps this review was for another agent or Martin & Co Branch. I am sorry if we were busy when you called but calls we can't get to will be transferred to our sister office in Hanley and we do offer the option to leave a message which will always be responded to. Regarding your comment that we only want to make money, it is true that as a business we do need to earn a living but we feel our fees are more than fair the the amount of work we do and we definitely wouldn't make any money if we didn't answer then phone. If we can help in any way then please give the office a call and speak to the branch manager Chris who is always more than happy to help.
