We have just recently sold our old home and purchased our new home through Tipple Underwood. Charlie and his team were first rate and looked after us throughout what can be a stressful process. …

I have found all the staff I dealt with at Tipple Underwood to be extremely helpful and informative in updating me on progress and answering any queries I had. I both sold my property and bought another one through them and would highly recommend them both as a seller and a buyer. Thanks to you all for your friendly and professional service Janet

Really want to thank everyone at Tipple Underwood for going above and beyond from start to finish, the nicest most helpful estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. There’s not many estate agents would help you shift a washing machine at 3 minutes to 5 😂 can’t recommend you all enough!

I had a couple of agents to look before Charlie came round and knew that the sale would be in good hands as soon as I met him . The whole process of getting up for sale was effortless and took very little time . The whole team were brilliant and when they showed buyers around they explained about the house and didn't just say nothing . The whole service is very personal and tailored to meet each person's needs. I would recommend using Tipple Underwood any time 😊

We recently went through a sale and purchase with Tipple Underwood and would recommend them for anyone looking to sell a property or buy a property The pictures, Rightmove adverts, newspaper adverts and brochures were top quality and done very quickly. The service and availability of the staff to help was beyond the call of duty and they were fundamental in getting us a quick sale on our house. From instructing Tipple Underwood to selling our house was 1 week!

What an amazingly friendly but professional service. Sold our house very quickly. From the initial meet and greet right through to completion it went very well. Each time we popped in to the office to look for properties, it was a friendly welcome - we were treated like we wanted to be treated - not just as clients, or a customer, but far friendlier than that. I would have no hesitation in recommending these fabulous people. Thanks!

Excellent personal service, it was so nice when you phoned the office that all the staff were well informed and knew who you were and what was happening with your property (unlike some estate agents) and on a personal level when I was experiencing a very difficult time( nothing to do with the house). So Tipple Underwood give yourselves a pat on the back. Regards Helen Albon
