GoogleDuring the time I have dealt with Keys Residential in New Malden I have always had prompt efficient service especially from Heidi Ansell who is always so positive and friendly and now Christian Dorfman, who, like Heidi, responds to emails immediately and follows through at a fast pace. I am a tenant and feel in safe hands with this team.

GoogleKeys Residential (under different names) managed our property since 2000 until its sale in 2018. During all of those years we were resident overseas within different time zones. However, they always responded promptly to our queries, kept us informed re tenancies and any issues, and resolved problems quickly ad efficiently. We would definitely recommend them

GoogleTime wasted, confirmed property viewing with Natalie on Saturday morning but she did not turn up, emailed her but of course no reply.
Mr Wan, I am very sorry that we seem to have missed one another. I have looked back in our diary on the date and time of your appointment and we had arranged several viewings booked back to back and so I can only assume I was inside the property upon your arrival. I was on site at 10.30am and left at 11.15am. Once again I am very sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced.

Please do not go anywhere near this agency, they lie to both landlords and tenants, despite having been instructed via email by the landlords to return our deposit they are still not returning it to us. We will be reporting them to the property ombudsman.
