GoogleI found a property on Rightmove towards the end of April which I inquired about, and I had the pleasure of Zoe's assistance. During this pandemic we have all been aware that every type of business has been affected, but because of Zoe's fantastic professionalism, communication, efficiency and responsiveness, it was obvious to me she was still working as hard as ever during lock-down. Last month I was able to safely view the property because it was vacant and I viewed it twice with the landlord present. The landlord was great and answered all of my questions after I viewed the property, because whilst I viewed it, he waited outside to allow both of us to comply with social distancing measures. After paying the holding deposit and my referencing checks were completed and approved, my circumstances unfortunately changed and I was no longer able to continue to proceed with the tenancy. Both Zoe and the landlord were fully understanding and very kind about my change of circumstances. Although I was unable to continue with the tenancy, I have no doubt I will be contacting Zoe and the agency again in the future. During these strange times she communicated superbly, the landlord accommodated safely, both persons were lovely, and I had confidence that if any issues were to arise or any questions needed answering, they would not be ignored and instead answered and/or dealt with quickly. Thank you Zoe! =)

GoogleUseless! Rented from Crown for 6yrs and they were rubbish when any repairs needed doing or getting in touch with the landlord for me. I requested things to be done numerous times and they would either ignore it or send someone out to bodge it to save money. The only thing they were quick at was contacting about rent or putting the rent up. Avoid renting from them!!

GoogleDo not rent from here!!! They are liars and only care about money! They tried to take money from our deposit for various reasons I told them I contacted citizens advice and magically they were no longer going to take any money from us! The landlord was apparently selling the property hence we had to move and then all of a sudden 4 days after we leave it’s up for rent again!! Absolutely disgraceful treatment! We have two young children and have been made homeless because of how little these people care!! Avoid at all costs!
