Selling an empty property for a family member when you live 100 miles away is challenging, especially when there is a lot of work to be done to get the property in a fit state to sell. Whitfields were recommended to me - for which I shall be eternally grateful. From start to finish - December '25 to April '26 - they sorted out so many problems for me including roof repairs, house clearance and cleaning, and installing a replacement central heating system. I've not had to visit the house once since my initial meeting with Hettie in December. Jaine and her team are highly recommended.

From the moment we met Jaine, we were impressed by her honest and realistic approach. Naively, we initially listed our house with a “cheaper” agent. It soon became apparent that this agent was doing very little other than listing the property on Rightmove, and didn’t have a clear marketing strategy to actually get our house sold. At this point, we approached Jaine again, and she had our house listed in no time. We immediately felt like we were in safe, professional and proactive hands with Jaine and her team. Jaine and Hetty led proceedable viewings and provided very prompt feedback after each one. We soon received an offer and were handed over to Nicola, who handles sales progression. Again, Nicola was super efficient and made the process straightforward, but above all, she was always available to answer any questions in a timely manner. I couldn’t recommend Jaine and her team more, they truly are property experts. They’ll be honest that they’re not the cheapest, but in reality, the tiny percentage difference you pay will pay dividends in the end. Whitfields are certainly worth that little bit extra. A big thank you to Jaine and the team.

This is how an estate agent should be ! Jaine sold my house in 3 months after taking over from another estate agent in Corsham . My experience is night and day in comparison. Jaine and her team have given me brilliant marketing, fantastic communication and such amazing professionalism from start to finish . Everything I didn’t receive from the other agent . Yes she is slightly more expensive but I do believe my house would still be unsold if I carried on the same path I was heading . Even as a property professional, selling your home is incredibly nerve-wracking and stressful. Jaine and her team took all of that away. We priced right, we marketed well and we sold within a week. A reservation agreement gave us and our buyers reassurance that all parties were committed, which was an additional comfort blanket when we had to pull out of our purchase due to no traction. Her sales progressor is next level with weekly updates and a great sense of making the stressful, personable and enjoyable. I could not recommend Jaine and her team highly enough - we are incredibly grateful for their professionalism, friendly service and just being generally helpful with anything we needed. Jaine set realistic but positive expectations for the sale of our 3-bed semi in Corsham and pulled out all the stops to get a sale within weeks under challenging market conditions. The property we purchased in July 2022 was managed through Jaine Whitfield and all the interactions we had with Jaine and Lauren and the rest of the team were splendid: professional and so very friendly. Information was clearly conveyed and we were kept in the loop with proceedings on their end of the chain which really helped us manage our end of the chain. Advice given was very welcome and the team were very easy to reach and quick to respond both by phone and email which made the process feel so much more personal and bespoke. Went to Jaine after using a nationwide estate agent and a sale falling through (not their fault but their communication was awful). From the first meet Jaine’s approach was refreshing, the video she did was like a viewing of the property, using a drone helped get the bigger picture! Jaine did the majority of the viewings herself with help from Kaitlin, and we were kept fully informed. The sale process was challenging with some solicitors but Nicola, who deals with the sale’s progression was exceptional, tenacious, diligent and patient with our many calls! Thank you all. After using a corporate estate agents who failed to communicate with us and appeared to do very little to market our property, we moved over to Jaine Whitfield Bespoke Estate Agent. From the first visit Jaine made us feel comfortable, she was friendly and knowledgeable. The video she does is amazing, and makes you feel like you are doing the first viewing - I wanted to buy our house after watching her video!!
