GoogleExcellent service provided by Brett’s during the sale of my mothers property. Ellie always kept us up to date with the progress of the sale and was always available either by phone or email for any queries. From the valuation by Alex to completion was all handled very well by Brett’s taking all the stress of this process away from us.

GoogleOverall a poor experience - communication was non-existent, only updates we ever got were when we rang them. Estage agent also director of development company of property we were purchasing although always denies knowing what was going on, and stated he only found out today that the developers were pulling out and asking for another 40k despite us waiting for nearly a year (7 months overdue) for the property to be finished - how he only found out the day we are all told is astonishing. Now after nearly a year of putting our life on hold waiting for the house, they change the terms, not considering the financial impacts on anyone but themselves - I am heavily pregnant and have two kids who have spent the last 10 months excited to move in. Zero notice given that there were costing issues, just all of a sudden pull out and ask for 40k more.

Our main contact was Ellie and she in particular was extremely pleasant and very helpful. We found their weekly updates as the sale progressed to be invaluable and they were always happy to help with any queries. Would certainly use Brett Property in the future and highly recommend.

Your review is totally unacceptable, incorrect and slanderous. We understand the pressures faced by tenants more than anyone given the shortage in the housing market brought on by actions completely out of our control. The property you are referring to had 36 viewings and multiple applications. We do not own the property we are the letting agent and therefore put all applicants forward to the owner for their decesion. IT IS NOT BRETT PROPERTY’s DECISION. We are an inclusive company with clients from all over the world. Your review of us is made due to your frustrations in not securing a property which has nothing to do with us!
