GoogleAlmost impossible to contact as phone calls cut off almost immediately. Despite asking that my disabled access not be always blocked by bin men by dumping others recycling equipment against my gate it continues. Worst council of twelve that I've experienced!!

GoogleHas to be the worst council in the whole of the UK. A council you CAN NOT CONTACT, if you manage to contact anyone they are not helpful but rather FULL of excuses. A terrible, terrible service.
