GoogleHighly recommend Chris and the team at Quillsen. Completely upfront and honest about what to expect in the current house market, we are glad we placed our trust in him. His knowledge was invaluable as it led to a speedy sale. We found them professional and efficient from initial contact through to the sale closure. Any queries we may have had were dealt with promptly and we would recommend Quillsen without hesitation.

GoogleWe recently bought a property privately and sold a property at auction with Quillsen. Chris Smyth handled both transactions on our behalf. Property purchase/sales are recognised as being highly stressful, however, Chris's calm nature, professionalism, committment, availabilty and attention to detail, all helped to minimise our stress, while working with us for nearly 5 months. Chris was always available to talk through any concerns, kept us fully up to date on progress and negotiations and guided us right through the purchase of our current home and on through the auction on our previous property. In particular relating to the auctioned property, as it was of historical interest, Chris engaged with his media contacts to ensure exposure in national and local newspapers. GoogleMy wife and I used Quillsen Navan for both selling our house and buying our new home. We made the move in December 2020. Through out the process from July 2020 to our move in December Auctioneer Chris Smith and Linda in the office were fantastic. Always there for any questions and help we needed. Chris was always available by text or phone or indeed to meet us. We were regularly kept updated on all we needed to know. This was my first time buying a property and Chris was very helpful and supportive in what is a stressful time. We bought the house that we wanted and as there was a lot of interest in our old house we had no problems selling. While our house sold for a little below what we wanted, we bought the house we wanted for a good bit below their asking price. So it all balanced out in the end. Thanks to the professionalism and hard work of Chris, who went well over and above his role and Linda we are now very happy in our new home.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
