Nathan was our main point of contact, and he was brilliant from start to finish, thorough, proactive, and always happy to arrange extra viewings so we could measure up and plan ahead. His attention to detail really made the whole process feel smooth and stress‑free. Dan and Charlene were also helpful throughout, always on hand to answer questions and keep everything moving. Why anyone would ever put their property on the Market with John Francis is beyond me, I'd go so far to say they are the most useless agents in all of Wales but the Narbeth John Francis are the number one worst agents. Whenever you call to arrange to view a property you're greeted with no end of excuses as to why they can't make that particular time or date even when you call over a week in advance, they promise a call back but never do "this isnt a one off its every single time" I'd go so far to say they are the laziest estate agents in Wales "it's no wonder properties sit for weeks on end never selling and just get reduced more than once whilst on John Francis books". And Nathan at Narbeth needs to vastly improve his customer service skills, poor is an understatement. I genuinely can't wait to deal with Ai estate agents over unqualified, unorganised, poorly trained, new out of school human agents, I have dealt with Ai estate agents in other areas of the country and it was like a breath of fresh air.

They have been ready at the end of the phone whenever I had a query and always replied promptly and chased up and supplied information when required. They liaised between myself, the conveyancer and the purchaser and always acted professionally, courteously and cheerfully. I couldn't have asked for a better team to smooth the way through an emotional time. I would be more than happy to recommend them. Just a generally poor experience buying a new build. They didn’t pass on vital information that meant, due to building delays, we will spend nearly £8000 more on our mortgage over the course of the 5 year fix. They never apologised or acknowledged their error and continued pressurising us to exchange when they knew of the delay and the issues it had caused us. They also continued to repeatedly send me details for random houses I “might be interested in” which were way over budget. They called me half a dozen times as “we know you are looking for a property” and were always shocked when I informed them we had exchanged on one of theirs! Having also had a poor experience with a previous sale that fell through with Cardigan branch I would honestly never use John Francis again as they just stank of incompetence.
