GoogleGenerally a good experience. i would give actually 4.5 starts but i didn't have the choice so i thought i would be kind and give 5. The good news, they actually sold my property with in a week and got me rental offers too. there terms are also fairly reasonable too compared to other businesses. The staff are always friendly but sometimes a bit slow to respond. When I originally put my house on the market I also asked them to put it up for rent, they actually didn't do it for 2 months and that cost me at least 1 months rent because they forgot. The good news is when i sold my property after some back and fourth they accepted the error and agreed to reimburse the loss of 2000 the loss of one months rent from there charges when i sold the property. I was happy with this outcome and by there quick acceptance of the error. to me that proves there an honest company and one I would deal with again. Property hasn't completed yet, will update if there are any changes. but all in all a good experience. I've also sold 2 more houses through them 3 years ago and the service was good also.
