GoogleExtremely poor experience. When house was put up for sale we were told that we would receive a call every 2 weeks with an update on how things were going. We never received 1 call in 4 months. When we had viewings carried out by James Du Pavey the main topic of conversation was our Ninja Air Fryer and not the features of the kitchen or the rest of the house. Topped it off today as our house has now been taken off the market without us asking for it to be. Two weeks ago I asked what the process was to take the house of the market with James Du Pavey & was told I had to put it in writing & it would be removed 2 weeks later. I didn’t send any request in for it to be taken off the market. Called the estate agent (branch manager is never in to take your calls) to initially be told I had asked for it to be taken of the market. I explained I had called to ask what the process was. I was told I had asked for the house to be taken off the market so I asked where the email was where I requested this and eventually they admitted it was there error. The poor level of service & incompetence of the branch (not Jack or Sophie they are very good) we had received I said just leave it off the market & the answer back was ok then good luck for the future. They couldn’t care less.
Thank you for taking my call earlier to discuss your comments which have all been taken on board. Revisiting the discussion that you had with the team regarding the withdrawal of the property should have happened prior to it coming off the market and I can only apologise that this was missed. Our goal is always to work with our clients to get their home sold for a price and within a time scale that is best suited to them and unfortunately, we haven't been able to do that for you. We do wish you all the best with the sale of your property and on hand if we can help with anything else at all in the future.

GoogleWhile selling my house with another agents, we purchased our onwards property from James Du Pavey. The Nantwich branch are brilliant! They always responded to emails, could be contactable via phone and we felt they always did what was required and more, to complete as quickly as possible. They even chased and followed up further down the chain, to try and get other solicitors and agents talking. Our own local estate agents did not. On completion, we picked up our keys and met the lovely people in the office. They gave us a welcome pack which was really lovely and wished us luck. The estate agents we used, didn't even contact us once complete. If we move again, I will be using James Du Pavey and would really recommend using them. The team are excellent and thank you for all your help and support.

I had quite a rocky road with the sale (which was no fault of theirs) and I experienced quite a few ups and downs along the way. They help me to assess the suitability of the house, highlighting the good points but without any pressure. They have a lot of local knowledge as well which is so useful. They make the viewings relaxed and enjoyable which puts me in the best frame of mind to make my decisions.
