FacebookThe market knowledge and marketing of our property combined with the bespoke preparation of the property details could not be bettered. Client liaison is prompt, efficient, thorough and accommodating. Viewings were numerous and generated over a sustained period. A first-class professional service.

GoogleHaving sold a number of properties over the years I was always of the opinion that the Estate agent made no difference, that the house sold itself. However, my experience with Bill and the staff at Cheshire Lamont in Nantwich has changed my opinion. From my first meeting with Bill, which was a couple of years before we put the house on the market, I received sound advice from someone with an excellent understanding of the local market as opposed to the over the top ‘wow, this is amazing’ flattery, on entering every room, of some estate agents. Bill visited us three times in two years before we decided to sell and was extremely professional on every occasion. It’s wasn’t the easiest of sales, in my experience, we lost our first buyers after a few months of jumping through hoops but quickly found another buyer when the property was re-marketed. All the way through the process we were kept up to date by the office staff in Nantwich with regular feed back on viewings and then with progress updates when the sale was going through. We eventually achieved more than the asking price so we’re extremely happy. Needless to say, I thoroughly recommend Cheshire Lamont in Nantwich.

GoogleBill and Team did an excellent job to ensure our sale happened. We had a very challenging and complicated chain which didnt help with the behaviour of some of the participants. Bill's team were absolutely fantastic at keeping the chain together and well informed and really went beyond what we expected. We are very happy in our new home and this is largely thanks to their efforts. Bill came with a personal recommendation to us and you certainly met and exceeded our expectations. We have had some poor experiences with Estate Agents in the past and my faith is now restored. Thanks to the whole team who made this happen for us, fantastic work.

GoogleThey recently sold a house for me. They were totally professional and gave great guidance. I know the market is presently buoyant, but they sold it within 24 hours for more than I had expected. Followed up by great support during the legal process. I'm very happy with them.
