GoogleMy relationship with Belvoir has been a fairly lengthy one; they managed the letting of my property in Mumbles, and ultimately handled the sale too. In both cases, I have no hesitation whatever in recommending the company. From a lettings management perspective, Brenda and Emma clearly take pride in providing what is a very thorough and customer-focused service. From a sales perspective, Sian is professionalism personified, and has the enviable quality of being able to keep a cool head in pressure situations. Also, the whole team are very pleasant to deal with. I recommend Belvoir Mumbles without hesitation.

GoogleMy experience with Belvior was on the whole easy enough and the staff are very polite, but i have given 3 stars as they are so hard to contact and do not reply to emails. The phone number always goes to answerphone and they take a long time to get back to you if at all. Could definitely improve on the customer service side of things.

My experience with Belvoir management and staff was exceptional, with their interaction between myself and prospective parties showing interest in my property. Belvoir's management communication with me was invaluable and steered me calmly through some very difficult situations being experienced with some prospective buyers.
